• Past Medical History:

  • Diagnosed with cervical cancer 1+ years ago, treated with surgery + postoperative chemotherapy at an external hospital.

  • Developed intestinal obstruction 7+ months ago during treatment, underwent small bowel ostomy (long-term ostomy in place).

  • Concurrent right pelvic mass detected, complicated by right ureteral obstruction, hydronephrosis (renal pelvis and calyces), and subsequent right nephrostomy.
