A 69-year-old female patient with malignant tumor-induced ureteral stenosis (stenosis length: ~15cm) underwent successful ureteral stent placement.

First, the location and distance of the stenotic segment were confirmed and marked under C-arm fluoroscopy. The stenosis was dilated using a 5mm Balloon Ureteral Dilator, followed by the insertion of the delivery system along the guidewire and subsequent deployment of a 19.5cm Ureteral Stent System.

The entire surgical procedure and manipulation were completed smoothly, achieving the intended clinical goal.
